滨州不少老旧小区改造和新盘精装，都是瓦工先退场、电梯调试前才想起门套没定。量出来一边墙垛280mm、一边240mm，左右差4公分，上下还有2公分误差。这时候再按“标准门套=对称门洞”的思路做，要么强行切砖、要么门套拼缝歪到肉眼可见。

先定中心线，再定门套线。别拿左右墙垛平均分。以电梯厂家门框的中心为基准，往两边放线，门套饰面压在瓷砖完成面上，允许单边压边宽度差1到2公分，用加宽收边线盖住。中心一对，视觉上就是正的，比硬凑墙垛对称聪明得多。

First determine the centerline, then determine the door frame line. Don't divide the left and right wall stacks equally. Based on the center of the elevator manufacturer's door frame, lay lines on both sides, and press the door frame finish onto the ceramic tile surface. 用装配式可调件，不用现场焊接。瓷砖完成面之后的调节量，靠门套背面的挂件和调节螺杆吃进去。上下左右各有5到8mm微调余量，装完再锁紧。老做法是木工板打底后刮腻子找平，碰上不对称墙面，腻子层非常厚处能堆到3公分，半年开裂、门套跟着歪。

Use assembly adjustable parts without on-site welding. The adjustment amount after the completion of the tile surface is achieved by the pendant and adjustment screw on the back of the door frame. There is a fine adjustment margin of 5 to 8mm on the top, bottom, left, and right sides, and it should be locked after installation. The old practice is to lay the wooden board as a base and then apply putty to level it. If it encounters an asymmetric wall, the thickest layer of putty can be stacked up to 3 centimeters, which will crack and cause the door frame to tilt after half a year.

基层别再上木龙骨。滨州冬天供暖、夏天返潮，木基层在电梯前室这种公共区域变形非常明显。直接用防火木塑板或钢龙骨做底衬，A级不燃、不吸潮，瓷砖和门套之间留3到5mm伸缩缝，中性耐候胶收口，别用酸性胶——会腐蚀不锈钢亮边。

Don't put wooden keel on the grassroots anymore. In Binzhou, heating in winter and moisture returning in summer, the wooden base layer undergoes the most significant deformation in public areas such as elevator lobbies. Directly use fire-resistant wood plastic board or steel keel as the bottom lining, Class A non combustible and non moisture absorbing, leave 3 to 5mm expansion joints between tiles and door frames, use neutral weather resistant adhesive to close the mouth, do not use acidic adhesive - it will corrode the stainless steel bright edge.

材质和细节顺手钉死：

公共区域电梯厅用304不锈钢，裸板实测1.2mm起步；地下室、设备层可以用201，但别混在同一栋楼里，色差一眼看出来。

The elevator hall in public areas is made of 304 stainless steel, and the bare board is measured to start from 1.2mm; The basement and equipment level can use 201, but don't mix them in the same building, the color difference can be seen at a glance.

拉丝面和镜面别混用。整栋楼统一一种表面处理，不然灯光一打，一边哑光一边反光，像补了两块补丁。

Do not mix brushed surface and mirror surface. The entire building has a unified surface treatment, otherwise when the lights are turned on, one side will be matte and the other reflective, like two patches have been added.

电梯门框上沿和门套上沿留10到15mm缝，打胶别打满，给大楼沉降和热胀留余地。

Leave a gap of 10 to 15mm between the upper edge of the elevator door frame and the upper edge of the door frame, and do not fully apply glue to allow room for building settlement and thermal expansion.

顺手一条验收红线：装完别只站正面看。蹲下来看门套底口和地砖的缝直不直，侧身看阳角碰角有没有黑三角。这三处过不了，拍照发业主群就是一条差评。

A convenient red line for acceptance: Don't just stand in front after installation. Squat down and check if the gap between the bottom of the door cover and the floor tiles is straight. Look sideways to see if there are any black triangles on the exposed corners. These three places cannot be passed, taking photos and posting them in the homeowners' group is a negative review.

把“以电梯框定中心、用挂件吃误差、防火基层替木龙骨”这三句钉在施工交底里，瓷砖贴歪的烂摊子，也能收出精装交付的效果。

Nail the three sentences' fix the center with the elevator frame, use pendants to avoid errors, and replace the wooden keel with a fireproof base layer 'in the construction briefing. Even if the tiles are crooked, it can still achieve the effect of fine decoration delivery.
