很多潍坊本地精装楼盘和老旧小区加装电梯，都是瓦工退场、电梯调试那天，才想起来门洞两边还没收口。这时候瓷砖已经贴完、左右两边还不一定对称，再量门套就是给自己找麻烦。

电梯门套不是“买根条包边”，它要同时伺候三面关系：电梯厂家预留的钢门框、土建墙体的完成面、以及你选的地面和墙面材料。顺序一反，后面全是补丁。

Elevator door frames are not just "buying a strip to wrap the edges", they need to serve three relationships at the same time: the steel door frame reserved by the elevator manufacturer, the finished surface of the civil wall, and the floor and wall materials you choose. The order is reversed, followed by patches.

第一步：在贴砖之前就把门套深化图定下来

Step 1: Before tiling, finalize the detailed drawing of the door frame

让门套厂按电梯厂给的洞口尺寸出图，确认三个数——门洞净宽、两侧墙垛厚度、门槛石或地砖完成面高度。瓷砖师傅留边时，按门套折边宽度（通常15mm左右）多留一条压边位，别把砖贴到门框边线上。不然非常后门套只能斜着卡进去，拼缝对不齐。

Ask the door frame factory to draw a diagram according to the opening size provided by the elevator factory, and confirm three numbers - the net width of the door opening, the thickness of the wall piers on both sides, and the height of the finished surface of the threshold stone or floor tile. When the ceramic tile master leaves an edge, leave an extra edge pressing position according to the width of the door frame edge (usually around 15mm), and do not stick the brick to the edge of the door frame. Otherwise, in the end, the door frame will only be stuck in diagonally, with uneven seams.

第二步：基层别再用木龙骨打底

Step 2: Do not use wooden keel as a base at the grassroots level

老做法是大芯板找平再贴不锈钢，便宜但两个坑：木材遇潮变形，门套跟着歪；高层电梯前室属于疏散通道，木基层过不了消防验收。现在装配式门套直接用防火木塑板或钢龙骨做底，A级不燃、不变形，现场拼装两块板就完事，没有木工锯末。

The old practice is to level the large core board and then stick stainless steel, which is cheap but has two pitfalls: the wood will deform when exposed to moisture, and the door frame will follow suit; The lobby of the high-rise elevator belongs to the evacuation route, and the wooden base cannot pass the fire safety inspection. Nowadays, prefabricated door frames are directly made of fire-resistant wood plastic panels or steel keels as the bottom, which are A-grade non combustible and non deformable. Two panels can be assembled on site without the need for woodworking sawdust.

第三步：材质按环境定，不按销售话术定

Step 3: The material should be determined according to the environment, not according to the sales pitch

地下车库、沿海或潍坊回南天重的楼栋：304不锈钢起步，裸板实测1.2到1.5mm，别信“足厚”口头承诺，拿卡尺抽。

Underground garages, coastal or Weifang Hui Nan Tian Zhong buildings: starting from 304 stainless steel, bare board measured 1.2 to 1.5mm, don't believe the verbal promise of "sufficient thickness", use a caliper to draw.

干燥住宅楼层、预算紧：201可以上，但别用在首层大堂和地库。

Dry residential floors, tight budget: 201 can be used, but do not use it in the first floor lobby and basement.

酒店大堂要档次：玫瑰金拉丝或镜面镀钛，但镜面留手印，公共区建议做无指纹处理。

The hotel lobby should be of high grade: rose gold brushed or mirror coated with titanium, but the mirror should leave fingerprints. It is recommended to do fingerprint free treatment in public areas.

想仿石材又控成本：石塑复合门套，重量轻、不用干挂，但防火等级认准B1以上。

Want to imitate stone while controlling costs: Stone plastic composite door frame, lightweight, no need for dry hanging, but with a fire rating of B1 or above.

第四步：验收只盯四条线

Step 4: Acceptance only focuses on four lines

门套和电梯门框之间留3到5mm伸缩缝，打中性耐候胶，别用酸性玻璃胶——会腐蚀不锈钢。

Leave a 3-5mm expansion joint between the door frame and the elevator door frame, apply neutral weather resistant adhesive, and do not use acidic glass adhesive - it will corrode stainless steel.

阴阳角拼缝≤1mm，45度碰角处看不到黑缝。

The joint between the yin and yang corners is ≤ 1mm, and there is no visible black seam at a 45 degree angle.

垂直度用2米靠尺，偏差不超过2mm。

Use a 2-meter ruler for verticality, with a deviation not exceeding 2mm.

所有螺丝、挂件建议304，一颗铁螺丝生锈，整条门套边框都会吐黄水。

All screws and pendants must be 304. If one iron screw rusts, the entire door frame will spit yellow water.

顺手记一条工期红线：电梯厂家门框装好、地砖铺完、保护膜没撕之前就进场量尺，别等交钥匙那天才约师傅，那时候电梯已经调试完，门框上光幕和安全触板一动不能碰，再改尺寸要整机停机。

Remember a red line for the construction period: Before the elevator factory door frame is installed, the floor tiles are laid, and the protective film is not torn off, enter the site to measure. Don't wait until the day of handing over the keys to invite the master. At that time, the elevator has already been debugged, and the light curtain and safety touch panel on the door frame cannot be touched. If you change the size again, the whole machine will stop.

把“贴砖前定门套、基层用防火板、缝隙打中性胶、量尺赶在调试前”这四句钉在施工群里，电梯口这个几平米的脸面，一次就能做对。

Nail the four sentences "fix the door frame before tiling, use fireproof board for the base layer, apply neutral glue to the gaps, and measure before debugging" into the construction group, and the elevator entrance, which covers a few square meters, can be done correctly in one go.
