很多商铺和写字楼大堂，玻璃门用半年就开始出现三种毛病：关门“砰”一声撞框、人走过去门自己慢慢张开、底部刮地砖发出尖叫。业主第一反应是“五金坏了”，其实出厂那天就埋了雷——地弹簧的力级和门扇重量没对上。

Measure the site before selecting the opening method, don't look at the rendering:

门洞净宽小于1.8米、里面要走货推车，做单开地弹簧门，预留门扇90度开启的扇形空间。

The net width of the door opening is less than 1.8 meters, and a cargo cart needs to be carried inside. A single opening floor spring door should be made, and a fan-shaped space with a 90 degree opening of the door leaf should be reserved.

门洞超过2米、人流量大，做双开对开，两扇中间留2到3mm缝，地弹簧选双机芯或中间加闭门器。

If the door opening exceeds 2 meters and there is a large flow of people, it should be double open with a gap of 2 to 3mm between the two leaves. The floor spring should be double core or with a door closer in the middle.

顶面吊轨空间够、不想在地上开槽，改吊轮平移门，但密封和防撞比地簧门差一截，不适合有空调风压的大堂。

玻璃和框的硬指标顺手记死：

玻璃建议有3C标志，室内隔断8到10mm钢化，临街和外门12mm起步，高层或头顶有坠落风险的位置用夹胶钢化。

Glass must have a 3C mark, indoor partitions should be tempered with 8 to 10mm steel, starting from 12mm for street facing and exterior doors, and areas with a risk of falling on high-rise buildings or overhead should be reinforced with laminated steel.

不锈钢框干燥室内用201省成本，地下车库、厨房通道、沿海或消毒水频繁擦的区域直接304，别信“201镀色和304一样耐锈”。

Stainless steel frame for indoor drying saves 201 costs. For underground garages, kitchen passages, coastal areas, or areas frequently cleaned with disinfectant, 304 can be used directly. Don't believe that "201 plating is as rust resistant as 304".

框壁厚拿卡尺抽，标1.2mm实测低于1.0mm的，门扇用一年就晃。

Using a caliper to measure the thickness of the frame wall, if it is marked as 1.2mm and measured to be less than 1.0mm, the door leaf will shake after one year of use.

合同里把这四句话写进去，能挡掉大部分扯皮：

地弹簧品牌、型号、承重等级单列，不接受“同级替换”。

The brand, model, and load-bearing grade of the ground spring are listed separately, and "same level replacement" is not accepted.

玻璃注明3C认证编号、厚度、是否钢化，破碎按整扇赔。

The glass is marked with the 3C certification number, thickness, and whether it has been tempered. If it is broken, compensation will be made for the entire piece.

安装含地面开槽、混凝土回填、水平校准，不另收“找平费”。

Installation includes ground slotting, concrete backfilling, and horizontal calibration, with no additional "leveling fee" charged.

留5%尾款，开关门调试满一个月无下沉、无漏油再结清。

Leave 5% of the final payment, and settle after one month of door opening and closing debugging without sinking or oil leakage.

顺手记一条维保红线：地弹簧一旦开始渗油，别调螺丝凑合，内部液压封死了修不好，整体换比拖到门扇砸裂便宜得多。

Remember a maintenance red line: once the floor spring starts to leak oil, do not adjust the screws to make do. If the internal hydraulic seal is stuck, it cannot be repaired. It is much cheaper to replace it as a whole than dragging it until the door panel cracks.

把“先算门重再定弹簧、玻璃认3C、框厚实测、尾款压一个月”钉在采购单上，这扇门用五年都不会有人投诉。

Nail 'calculate the weight of the door first, then determine the spring, glass 3C certification, actual measurement of frame thickness, and final payment for one month' on the purchase order, and this door will not receive any complaints for five years.
