在施工安装环节,电梯门套的工艺细节直接决定了最终效果。安装前必须对墙面基层进行严格的找平处理,确保平整度误差在允许范围内。对于不锈钢门套,需精准预留3-5mm的间隙以防止电梯门运行时产生摩擦异响,接缝处多采用45度对角拼接,并使用专用结构胶进行牢固固定。对于石塑或石材门套,则需使用专用石材胶粘贴,严禁使用普通水泥,以防后期出现返碱或变色问题。完工后的验收需确保表面平滑无凹凸,敲击无空鼓声,且与电梯门的配合严密无碰撞。
