住宅、写字楼、老旧小区改造里，铝合金电梯门/门套越来越吃香：比不锈钢轻、比木基材防潮、颜色能做香槟金/咖啡棕/出彩窄黑框，价格也更好控。但工地翻车也多——门套变形、推拉卡滞、阳角缝漏光，问题很少出在铝本身，而在“系统没选对”。

　　一、先分“电梯层门”和“厅门装饰门套”?

　　电梯厂原装层门：属特种设备部件，要跟电梯整机资质走，装饰公司别乱替；

　　精装项目说的“铝合金电梯门”：大多是厅前铝合金门套/包口/玻璃门扇，做颜值收口和轻隔断，不替代电梯本体门机。采购时别把“装饰铝合金门”和“电梯层门”混着询价。

　　二、型材壁厚和表面工艺是分水岭?

　　家装铝门看1.2~1.4mm型材壁厚，工装厅门包套建议1.4~2.0mm；表面别只问“喷涂还是氟碳”，要问膜厚（粉末喷涂≥60μm，氟碳更耐候）、木纹转印会不会掉色、沿海/车库潮区用不支持氧化层检测。聊城、德州、聊城周边项目冬天融雪盐+夏天高湿，膜层不过关两年就起麻点。

　　铝合金门套装完波浪边，不是铝软，是老式木龙骨/大芯板打底受潮曲翘。现在正规做法：淘汰木工板，用防火木塑纤维板做基层，再用卡扣式铝套固定，墙厚差5mm也能调平。已贴瓷砖的电梯口、左右不对称的门洞，先出复尺图再下料，别让工人“看着装”。

　　不锈钢玻璃门/铝合金玻璃门用在电梯厅、单元门，建议钢化（必要时夹胶）、有3C标识；高层连廊、地下车库口别用普通镜面铝+清玻璃，眩光和磕碰是后期投诉重灾区。
