1)材料厚度建议用1.2厚(实际厚度不得小于1.08)。2)必须注意用竖料来收口门头横料。3)注意制作基层一定要小于门套包边尺寸5mm左右,保证足够的空间安装和打胶。4)门头板宽度要略小于竖料宽度1-2毫米,收口才美观。5)一般门头板和立面包板对接处的阴角处不建议用胶水收口,这样既美观又能检验门套安装质量。

◎常规止口门套做法如上图,这类做法的弊端:1)基层不准确时很难卡上去;2)尺寸不可调节,对于门洞基层有变化时无法改动门套尺寸。3)加工复杂,尺寸较大时运输会有变形风险。

◎常规止口门套做法如上图,这类做法的弊端:1)基层不准确时可以有效的通过结构分解来化解掉。2)门套宽度可以小范围调节,能够适应工地现场的变化。3)尺寸分解后降低了加工难度和变形风险。▲注意安装时两块板保持水平,注意第二块扣板的基层必须准确。
