一、石材表面处理,石材表面应干燥,含水不大于8%。

二、石材安装前先对石材进行挑选、使用一个门套石材色泽、花纹一致、挑出色差。

三、对安装石材的结构表面清理,放水平线、垂直线。

3、 Clean the surface of the structure for installing stone, and place horizontal and vertical lines.

四、用台钻打眼、每块板上、下面打眼,孔位打在板中间,孔径为8mm,深度为12mm。

4、 Drill holes with a bench drill on both the top and bottom of each board, with holes located in the middle of the board, with a diameter of 8mm and a depth of 12mm.

五、用膨胀螺栓把角架固定,再把挂件固定在角架上。

5、 Fix the corner bracket with expansion bolts, and then fix the pendant on the corner bracket.

六、石材开槽,用大理石胶把石材固定在挂件上。

6、 Stone slotting, use marble glue to fix the stone on the pendant.

七、立面垂直,光面平整,接缝平直,接缝宽度,偏差允许2mm。

7、 Vertical facade, smooth surface, straight joints, joint width, allowable deviation of 2mm.

八、全部安装完后,要对表面石材一次性清理。

8、 After all installations are completed, the surface stone should be cleaned in one go.
